No two people leaving a training session will use the same mix of skills, in the same way, to produce the same results back on the job. Never.

So why does traditional training measurement define people with averages ? In any given workshop, there are both high adopters and low adopters. There are eager learners and reluctant prisoners. Using averages to measure training ignores this reality. As the old adage says, "If my feet are frozen and my hair is on fire, on average, I'm comfortable!"

We've found a better way. We embrace the natural variations between people. Variation is not our enemy in measuring results. It's our ally in showing the difference.
