Certified Measurement Consultant
This person is responsible for working directly with our clients to design, deploy, analyze, and present results from 20-30 measurement projects a year. We provide our consultants a full Beyond ROI Measurement Certification SM . Experience in consulting, HR, OD, training, analysis, and B-to-B sales is a plus.

Certified Measurement Consultant
On a contract basis, this person is responsible for working directly with our clients to design, deploy, analyze, and present results from measurement projects. Qualified consultants must earn the Beyond ROI Measurement Certification SM prior to flying solo on measurement projects. Experience in training, consulting, HR, OD, and quantitative analysis is a plus.

Client Operations Manager
This is a critical role! This person is our day-to-day "face to the customer" and the glue that holds us all together. Responsibilities include office management, invoicing, light book keeping, scheduling, logistics, answering phones, and coordinating site-visits with clients.

Measurement Project Manager
Our project managers handle many key elements of a measurement project once the Measurement Consultant has completed the design phase. This often includes working directly with clients on survey distribution, tracking, and reminders; managing and organizing data; running reports using our reporting software; and tracking project milestones.

Inside Sales and Marketing
While we're all in sales, this person is 100% focused on expanding our family of clients and partners. Responsibilities include managing our web site, direct mail campaigns, and database; pursuing new partners; pre-qualifying leads, and screening speaking opportunities for Scott Watson.
