The Beyond ROI Certification is ideal for those who want to learn how to apply our unique measurement approach in their own organization. It's designed to provide everything you need to demonstrate results Beyond ROI.
What is Included?
The certification will enable you to design and conduct your own SmartTrac ™ surveys and SmartMetric ™ measurement projects. In addition, we teach the principles and processes of our proprietary Definite Difference™ measurement methodology, so you can take all or part of the measurement process in-house.
Certification Process
We believe that learning and application go hand in hand. That's why a Beyond ROI Certification is only awarded upon completion of all five steps (below).
Step 1: Application to the certification program, including an interview with Scott Watson
Step 2: Completion of pre-session requirements (i.e., selection of the actual training to be measured during your certification process, pre-reading, and preliminary data collection)
Step 3: Participation in the two-day Beyond ROI Measurement Certification workshop
Step 4: Completion of your pre-selected measurement project that includes a SmartTrac survey, SmartMetric analysis, and a Definite Difference analysis
Step 5: Presentation of your measured results to your target audience of executives, including written feedback from key executives on your performance
Benefits and Advantages
You'll learn how to engage with senior executives to communicate the strategic value of training measurement and you learn how to gain their active involvement in the process. You'll personally apply the science of Beyond ROI measurement to a pre-selected training program, follow it through to completion, and present the results in a formal Business Review.
